Delivery and Order Tracking
delivery time
For pre-order items, your order will be sent a maximum of 2 months later. A shipping confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to you when the order is ready.
For items in stock , your order will be sent within 2 business days at the latest. A shipping confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to you when the order is ready
shipping cost
Deliveries are sent by Colissimo. The amount of delivery costs is displayed after validation of your basket and before the payment method.
Metropolitan France: Colissimo delivery is free for all orders.
European Union: delivery charge of 15€
International: delivery charge of 30€
follow the delivery of my order
Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail containing a tracking link which allows you to follow the delivery of your package on the carrier's website.
Your tracking number is also listed on the order page of your Facettes Studio account .
Returns and Refunds

You have 14 days from the day after receipt of your order to request a return.
Items must be returned in their original packaging, new, unworn, unwashed and with tags intact and attached.
The return is offered from Metropolitan France.

Items must be returned in their original packaging, new, unworn, unwashed and with tags intact and attached.
The return is your responsibility and is at your risk via the carrier of your choice, or item delivered non-compliant.
In this case, write to us at hello@facettes-studio.com to receive a prepaid return label.
After receiving an e-mail from us confirming the validation of your return, send us your package to the following address:

refund of your order
An email confirming your refund will be sent to you automatically.
The refund will be made as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days of receipt of
your return package, via the payment method used when placing your order.

create a Facettes Studio account
If you want to place an order, you can create a facets studio account. To do this, simply click on the Account tab at the top right of our main menu.
You will then be offered to create your account if you are a new customer.
Your personal space will give you access to the history and progress of your orders, as well as to all of your pre-registered addresses.

If you already have a Facettes Studio account, just click on the Account tab, at the top right of our main menu.
You will then be offered to identify yourself if you already have identifiers. Two fields will need to be completed: your email address and your personal password, chosen when you registered.
If you forget your password, all you have to do is click on the Forgot your password?
A reset email will then be sent to your mailbox.

To facilitate your future purchases, you can save your payment information. It will always be possible during the next payment to modify this information if necessary.
