Customs fees are no longer covered by Facettes Studio and are now the customer’s responsibility.
We have adjusted our prices accordingly: you now pay the same price in your local currency as you would in euros. Please note that our margins are very tight and that customs fees are not factored into our margin calculations.
We ask that you consider customs fees to be part of the price of our products.
