How do your vests fit?

The Kate cardigan has a straight cut and fits true to size, so we recommend taking your usual size. The Monica cardigan has a close fit, and we recommend taking the larger size if you are between two sizes. We advise you to check the chest measurement on the size guides.

What is the length of your vests?

The Kate vest is cut below the waist, while the Monica vest is longer, reaching approximately hip level. Both pair perfectly with our Bianca pants, Carolyn skirt, or a pair of jeans you already own.

What materials are used to make vests?

We only use reclaimed and natural materials: wool, linen, cotton, silk. We are very demanding in our sourcing of materials to avoid shedding microplastic particles and to ensure a beautiful drape and excellent wear for as long as possible, thus embedding our collections in sustainability. All our materials come from dormant stock of major fashion houses.

Where are your vests made?

All our tailored waistcoats are made in France, as we are committed to working with workshops located as close to us as possible in Paris and the greater Paris region. Our buttons and labels are manufactured in Paris.

Where can we try on the vests?

We welcome you by appointment at our studio apartment in the heart of the 11th arrondissement. A special moment with the founder to try on our collections.

What are the delivery times?

For made-to-order items, your order will be shipped within 4 to 6 weeks. A shipping confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to you when the order is ready.
For in-stock items, your order will be shipped within 2 business days at the latest. A shipping confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to you when the order is ready.

What happens if I want to return or exchange my vest?

Facettes accepts returns of new items – unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging – returned within 30 days of the order's shipping date. Returns are free for all orders delivered in France. For orders delivered outside France, returns are not free: a return fee will be automatically deducted from your refund. Find all the details on our delivery & returns page.

I have a doubt, can I write to you?

You can contact us at hello@facettes-studio.com or via WhatsApp, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

What is a dormant stock?

Deadstock refers to unused fabric rolls, of various sizes, stored in brands' and manufacturers' warehouses. The origin of deadstock varies: it can be from cancelled productions, errors, or cancelled orders. Find details on the materials used in our collections on the upcycled materials page.
