Shipping policy
For items in stock, your order will be dispatched within 2 business days at the latest. A shipment confirmation e-mail with a tracking number will be sent to you when the order is shipped.
For pre-order items, your order will be dispatched within the time indicated on the product page. If our atelier finishes production earlier than planned, we will ship orders as soon as possible before the originally planned date. A shipment confirmation e-mail with a tracking number will be sent to you when the order is shipped.
Orders are shipped by Colissimo, UPS or DHL. Delivery charges are displayed after you have validated your cart and before you select your payment method, according to the rates shown below:
