Shipping 

Orders are shipped from Paris. Items in stock are shipped within 1 to 2 business days. Made-to-order items are shipped within 4 to 6 weeks, allowing our workshop time to complete the production. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is shipped.

All orders are shipped via Colissimo to France, Belgium, and Luxembourg, and via DHL Express to the rest of the world.

For all orders, our shipping fees are as follows:

France, Belgium, Luxembourg: free shipping
European Union: 20 EUR (free for orders of 600 EUR or more)
United Kingdom: 35 GBP (free for orders of 600 GBP or more)
Switzerland: 25 CHF (free for orders of 600 CHF or more)
United States: 35 USD (free for orders of 600 USD or more)
Canada: 50 CAN (free for orders of 600 CAN or more)
Australia: 70 AUD (free for orders of 600 AUD or more)
Rest of the world: 50 EUR

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Import Duties and Taxes

For all orders to the United Kingdom, Switzerland, the United States, Canada, and Australia, orders are shipped on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis. All customs duties and taxes are paid at the time of checkout; no additional payment will be required upon delivery.

For international orders outside the European Union and the countries listed above, customs duties and taxes are not included and will be charged by the carrier, DHL. Customs duties and local taxes are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for more information regarding shipments received from France.

Refused Shipments

If a package is refused upon delivery—for example, due to a refusal to pay customs duties—a fee of 50 EUR will be deducted from your order refund.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. If your order is returned to us and you originally received free shipping, the shipping fees will also be deducted from your order refund.

Returns and Exchanges

Facettes accepts returns of items in like-new condition—unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging—returned within 14 days of the order’s delivery date.

For returns from France, Belgium, and Luxembourg, shipping is free.

For international returns, returns and exchanges are accepted.

To request a return, please fill in this form within 14 days of receiving your order.

If your return request is approved, you will receive an email with the return address.

Return shipping costs for international orders are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a tracked shipping service; we are not responsible for lost packages.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If your order is returned to us and you originally received free shipping, the shipping costs will also be deducted from your refund.

Customs duties and international taxes are not refundable. These are fees that are not refunded to us, even if your order is returned. Therefore, we cannot refund them. As a result, a flat rate of 20%, equivalent to customs duties and international taxes, will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

We will send you an email once your return has been processed. The final refund amount will be credited to the payment method used at the time of purchase. It may take between 5 and 10 business days for your bank to transfer the refund to your account.
