What are the delivery times?
For made-to-order items, your order will be shipped within 4 to 6 weeks. A shipping confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to you when the order is ready.
For in-stock items, your order will be shipped within 2 business days at the latest. A shipping confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to you when the order is ready.
What are the shipping costs?
Deliveries are shipped via Colissimo. What is a dormant stock?
Deadstock refers to unused fabric rolls, of various sizes, stored in brands' and manufacturers' warehouses. The origin of deadstock varies: it can be from cancelled productions, errors, or cancelled orders. Find details on the materials used in our collections on the upcycled materials page.
What materials do we use to make our collections?
We only use natural materials: wool, linen, cotton, silk. We are very demanding when it comes to sourcing our materials to avoid releasing microplastic particles and to ensure beautiful drape and excellent durability for as long as possible, making our collections sustainable. All our materials come from dormant stocks of major luxury brands. We primarily work with Nona Source, which is part of the LVMH group, and offers dormant stocks from LVMH group brands as well as some other brands outside the group.
In which country are our collections manufactured?
All our pieces are made in France, we are committed to working with workshops in or closest to us in Paris and the Paris region. Our buttons are also made in Paris. We have even received the "Made in Paris" label for our Diana tuxedo jacket in off-white wool gabardine with a black satin collar, made in a partner workshop in the 18th arrondissement of Paris.
What sizes are available?
We offer sizes ranging from 34 to 44. This is already a wide range of sizes for a small independent brand. Of course, we aim to expand our size offerings as we grow.
How do I book an appointment for a fitting?
You can book an appointment directly on the dedicated page; we welcome you to our studio apartment in the 11th arrondissement of Paris.
