The Masla Workshop
To ensure ethical production and reduce our environmental impact, we have chosen Made in France. Our first editions of jackets, vests and pants were made in Paris in the 18th arrondissement by the Masla workshop. Take a look behind the scenes of this workshop in pictures.
Having a workshop nearby allows us to easily communicate with the workshop, in order to ensure the details and finishes of the production. We also want to protect local know-how, France having a rich history of ready-to-wear and couture manufacturing.
The Masla workshop is a high-end ready-to-wear and wedding dress manufacturing workshop, created in January 2020 and located in the 18th arrondissement of Paris.
MaSla is a contraction of the first names of the two founders, Marion and Slavisa, and means “to tie” in Slovak or “a positive attitude that allows you to negotiate all conflicts” in Wolof.
After working together for more than three years, they decided to join forces and created their own workshop in 2020.
