The Masla Workshop
To ensure ethical production and reduce our environmental impact, we chose to produce locally in France. Our first editions of jackets, vests, and trousers were made in Paris’s 18th arrondissement, at the Masla atelier. Step behind the scenes of this workshop through our image series.
Having a nearby atelier allows us to stay closely connected throughout the production process, ensuring every detail and finish meets our standards. We’re also committed to preserving local craftsmanship. France has a rich heritage in garment making and couture that we’re proud to help uphold.
Masla is a high-end ready-to-wear and bridal atelier founded in January 2020, located in the 18th arrondissement of Paris.
The name MaSla combines the founders’ first names, Marion and Slavisa, and also means “to tie” in Slovak or “a positive attitude that helps resolve all conflicts” in Wolof.
After working together for over three years, they joined forces to launch their own atelier in 2020.
