How do your dresses fit?

Bianca dresses are form-fitting and run a bit small, so we recommend sizing up from your usual size and checking the bust, waist, and hip measurements on the Jackie dress size guide.

What is the length of your dresses?

The Jackie dress has a short cut that falls mid-thigh. You can check the length of the dress for each size on the Jackie dress size guide. For petites, a simple hem is an easy alteration to shorten the dress if needed.

What materials are used to make the dresses?

We only use reclaimed and natural materials: wool, linen, cotton, silk. We are very demanding with our material sourcing in order to avoid releasing microplastic particles and to guarantee a beautiful drape and fit for as long as possible, ensuring our collections are sustainable. All our materials come from dormant stocks of major fashion houses.

Where are your dresses made?

All our dresses are made in the Paris region; we are committed to working with workshops located as close to us as possible. Our buttons and labels are made in Paris.

Where can we try on the dresses?

We welcome you by appointment at our studio apartment in the heart of the 11th arrondissement. A special moment with the founder to try on our collections.

What are the delivery times?

For made-to-order items, your order will be shipped within 4 to 6 weeks. A shipping confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to you when the order is ready.
For in-stock items, your order will be shipped within 2 business days at the latest. A shipping confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to you when the order is ready.

How does it work if I want to return or exchange my dress?

Returns are free for all orders delivered in France. For orders delivered outside France, returns are not free: a return fee will be automatically deducted from your refund. I have a doubt, can I write to you?

What is a dormant stock?

Deadstock refers to unused fabric rolls, of various sizes, stored in brands' and manufacturers' warehouses. The origin of deadstock varies: it can be from cancelled productions, errors, or cancelled orders. Find details on the materials used in our collections on the upcycled materials page.
