What fabrics are available for wedding tailors?
We only work with fabrics from the dormant stock of major fashion houses, and no synthetic materials. The materials available for our ceremonial tailors are wool gabardine, wool grain de poudre, and linen and silk canvas. Our fabrics are made from noble natural materials, ensuring comfort when worn and elegant finishes. Thermoregulating cool wool can be worn all year round, while linen blended with silk is suitable for warm summer days.
what colors are available for formal suits?
Our bridal suits come in off-white shades, which are more elegant and natural than pure white. As we only work with natural materials, the color reacts differently than on synthetic materials: while materials like polyester allow for pure but cold whites, materials like wool or linen allow for warmer, slightly off-white shades of white.
Which shade of white should you choose for your wedding suit?
Wedding suits can be pure white or more off-white. At Facettes Studio, we only use natural materials, so our shades of white will be closer to off-white, rather than pure white, which is more easily achievable with synthetic materials.
What cuts of suits are available for the wedding collection?
We have adapted our collection of timeless pieces for brides. The Monica and Kate tailored waistcoats and the Bianca trousers are available in off-white linen and silk for brides. The Jackie short dress, the Carolyn long skirt, the Christy double-breasted tailored jacket, and the Bianca trousers are available in off-white wool grain de poudre, with white silk satin accents. The Lauren single-breasted jacket is available in off-white wool gabardine; we love wearing it all year round.
What are the production times for wedding suits?
The selection of suits for the bride includes both in-stock and immediately available suits, as well as made-to-order pieces. Made-to-order wedding suits will be shipped approximately 6 weeks after your order, except during August when the workshop is closed.
Is it possible to try on the collection of ceremonial suits?
We welcome you to our studio apartment for a moment just for you. Simply make an appointment and let us know which pieces you'd like to try on. You'll be able to see the collection prototypes, and if an identical piece is available in another color, you can try it on to find the size that suits you best. We remain an independent brand with very small quantities.

A white suit is the perfect outfit for the modern bride and the options for wearing it are endless. Opt for a full white pantsuit, or just a white jacket worn over a dress, or a three-piece suit-inspired ensemble. Our matching waistcoat and off-white linen and silk trousers are already a best-seller for bridal outfits.
